What we do:
“The rule of 3’s”: The rule of 3’s is fundamental approach we use to maintain your lawn to keep it at its most healthy state.
The 3 most common grasses in our region are Fescue, Rye, and Kentucky Bluegrass. All 3 species’ optimal length is 3”. This height promotes the following:
Strong, healthier, and deeper root system
Allows better photosynthesis per blade for a lush, deeper green color
More heat and drought resistance
Helps prevent unwanted weed growth and pest investation
Overall better appearance all season long
At El Toro, we maintain your lawn to a height of 3 inches and NEVER cut more than 1/3 off per mow. We mulch all clippings back into your lawn for vital nutrients. (We can bag your clippings per request as well)
By adhering to the rule of 3’s, we will mow approximately 6 times per month. We will take full ownership of your lawn and schedule exact times when to mow as to not remove more than 1/3 off each blade of grass. You will experience a professionally manicured lawn each and every day of the season. You will also be the envy of you neighborhood!

El Toro offers three tiers of unlimited monthly service packages for one low price, with no hidden fees or surprises. Each package can be custom-tailored to fit your budget and the unique needs of your lawn.
SNOW REMOVAL
El Toro offers unlimited snow removal in the winter months for one low monthly price. We will show at your residence to clean your driveway and walkways at a 1/2” or more no matter how many times it snows per month. (salt application available at an extra price).
